The annual Holocaust Remembrance rally will be held in front of the United Nations Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran at 622 Third Avenue at East 40th St in Manhattan on Sunday, April 27, at 11:30 a.m. The rally is sponsored by the Yom Hashoah Mobilization Committee, with the support of the New York Association of Holocaust Survivors, the National Council of Young Israel , the Zionist Organization of America, United Against A Nuclear Iran, the Orthodox Union, Americans for a Safe Israel and other organizations.

The gathering will publicly commemorate the millions who perished in the Holocaust. It’s purpose is also to issue a warning that Iran, the world’s foremost leader of state-sponsored terrorism, must not be allowed to have the means to produce nuclear weapons. Until there is a complete and verifiable termination of Iran’s illicit nuclear program, strong sanctions against Iran must be supported.

Speakers will include NY State Assemblyman Dov Hikind as well as Congressman Eliot Engel, Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Rabbi Joseph Potasnik, Simone Dinah Hartmann of United Against Nuclear Iran, Lauri Regan of Endowment for Middle East Truth, and Helen Freedman of Americans for a Safe Israel.
