Assemblyman Hikind was delighted to greet and speak with 200 students from Bobover Yeshiva Bnei Zion and their administrator Rabbi Heshy Dembitzer when they visited the Capital in Albany this week. Both the Assemblyman and the students were grateful to Joe Percoco, the Executive Deputy Secretary to Governor Cuomo, for taking time out of his busy schedule to personally greet the students. Not only did Joe greet them, the students were able to tour the Governor’s mansion.
