NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo Condemns ICC Probing Israel Over Gaza War

Governor Cuomo has never been shy about standing up for what’s right. He was the only U.S. governor who visited Israel this past summer while Israeli citizens were under attack. He saw clearly with his own eyes what was going on as Hamas terrorists fired thousands of rockets into Israel.

I applaud our Governor for his courageous position in condemning the International Criminal Court (ICC) for its ironic and hypocritical probe into Israel’s decision to defend itself against these monstrous attacks. It is my sincere hope that other elected officials and leaders echo our Governor’s important declaration that “Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, has a right to defend itself against terrorist organizations.”
