This morning, NYS Assemblyman Dov Hikind (D-Brooklyn) discussed Israel Prime Minister’s invitation to address Congress with Geraldo Rivera on WABC radio.

“Controversial? Prime Minister Netanyahu, the elected leader of the State of Israel, was invited by the Speaker of the House to address Congress,” said Hikind. “This is the Prime Minister of our ally, a country whose population faces potential annihilation, G-d forbid, if Iran receives nuclear capabilities. That’s a reality. Iran has openly stated that they consider it a religious obligation to destroy the State of Israel and her people… The Prime Minister addressing Congress in an effort to avoid nuclear confrontation is responsible, not controversial.”
