Assemblyman Hikind was delighted to visit the children of the Karlin-Stolin yeshivah, who the Assemblyman recently helped by making sure that UPK was reinstated to the school.

“It was such a great pleasure to see these children learning and playing,” he said. “They sang a beautiful song for me.”

Assemblyman Hikind thanked NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio for his personal involvement in making this reinstatement possible in time for the new school year. Hikind also had high praise for the mayor’s aide Avi Fink, who personally assisted in making this happen over the Labor Day weekend.
