Assemblyman Dov Hikind (D-Brooklyn) hosted a presentation ceremony this morning honoring Nachas Health and Family Network for their outstanding work assisting community members. United Healthcare, which recognizes only one community-based organization each year, presented Nachas with a $25,000 award to help the organization continue its outstanding work. David Willhoft, VP Sales and Marketing, United Healthcare, personally attended to congratulate the devoted staff of Nachas Health and Family Network. There were many additional United Healthcare representatives, as well as staff from Nachas Health and Family Network, and numerous Holocaust survivors.

“Nachas is one of our community’s most beloved and most important organizations,” said Hikind. “They help people regardless of their resources. Their work is vital and inspiring. United Healthcare has made a great investment and will share in the mitzvahs that Nachas does every single day.” Assemblyman Hikind had the highest praise for Nachas’ Director Rizy Horowitz and her entire staff.
